We are looking for a Yong Energetic Project Manager/ Residential Manager
Job Purpose: The Project Manager or Residential Manager will work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are on schedule, meet quality expectations, and that customer satisfaction is always achieved. The Manager will also have a successful track record of driving results through good judgment and exceptional problem solving. The ability to strengthen our company culture and represent the company well is essential to the role.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:
Job Knowledge:
- Years of related experience : 3-5 years
- Education/qualifications : Bachelor or above
- Strong Project Management Skill and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with technology and strong organizational skills
- Must have excellent communication
Essential Job Skills:
- Good English language skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Sound administrative ability
- Able to handle demanding workload
Desirable Job Skills:
- Knowledge of Administration computer s and personal computer
- Working knowledge of local and any other languages
- Proven track record in hospitality business of similar standard in similar capacity
Physical Requirements:
- In possession of all faculties
- Pleasant physical appearance
- Strong stamina
Level of Independence:
Makes decisions within policy. Is required to be proactive however assistance is available.
Level of Thinking:
- Systematic Thinking
- Adaptive. Uses previous experience to provide effective solutions to challenges.
Communication/Interpersonal skills:
- Good interpersonal skills required. Interacts with both colleagues and guests.
- Language Skills
- Deals or negotiates in English.
- Advantageous to communicate in local and other languages. TOEIC Score 700 or above
