Donor Services Manager Based in Chiang Rai

Position: Donor Services Manager
Assignment Type: 1-year Fixed-Term Contract with possibility to extend
Location: Based in Chiang Rai
Job background: The Donor Services Manager will monitor and support communications between 20,000 individual donors and beneficiaries so that letters and reports are submitted on time and are of a good quality. S/He will support and promote the achievement of country goals in growth, donor satisfaction and the establishment of an effective relationship between people of different cultures. She/He will need to plan communication submissions, set schedules, ensure items submitted are of a high quality and ensure regular data entry. Other aspects of the role include training staff in donor requirements, visitor logistics, partnership management, budgeting and representation. This position is based full-time in Chiang Rai with 40 field travel.
Job purpose: Implementation of Donor Services in cooperation with project staff and others • Building capacity of staff and partners as required • Lead and manage a team of four staffs • Annual planning and budgeting • Monitor implementation and quality of letters and reports • Accurate translations of letters and reports as well as data entry • Facilitate donor visits • Reply to donor queries • Ensure phase-out process implemented as planned • Represent Plan Thailand on issues related to individual donors.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Three years’ experience as a manager • Minimum five years of demonstrated professional experience in Donor Services Sponsorship or similar position such as administration • Track record of participation, training, facilitation and awareness raising • Academic degree in relevant area • Strong team-building and facilitation skills • Excellent communication skills • Proficient computer skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Experience working with NGOs is an advantage • Experience working with children and communities is an advantage
